Quotation
“If you don't know what's meant by God, watch a forsythia branch or a lettuce leaf sprout.”
Martin H. Fischer
The idea behind the quotation
If the idea of God feels unclear, observe a plant beginning to grow; the wonder of new life can help make the idea understandable.
