By purchasing any subscription or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Registration and Account Creation
Free Account Creation
Edvaya does not charge any fee for registration and account creation. All learners can create an account and access basic features of the Platform free of charge.
Subscription Plans and Purchases
Paid Services
While basic registration is free, certain premium services, courses, and features offered by Edvaya are chargeable. Access to these services is provided through:
- Multi-tiered paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Individual course purchases
- Bundle packages and special programs
- Additional premium features and services
Payment Finality
Important: Once you subscribe and make the required payment for any online subscription or course purchase, the transaction shall be considered final. There cannot be any changes or modifications to the subscription plan or purchase after payment completion, except as explicitly provided in this Policy.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, please note the following:
No Refund for Current Billing Period
General Policy: If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, regardless of when during the billing cycle you choose to cancel.
Continued Access: You will continue to have full access to your subscription content and features for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of your cancellation date.
Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect after the current billing period has passed. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Cancellation Example
Scenario: You purchase a monthly subscription on January 1st, and your next billing date is February 1st.
- If you cancel on January 15th, you will continue to have access until January 31st
- No refund will be issued for the January 1-31 period
- You will not be charged on February 1st
- Your access will end on January 31st

General Refund Terms

Limited Refund Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, Edvaya may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days)
- Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or purchase due to a payment processing error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification and investigation)
- Content Not Delivered: If you paid for specific content or courses that were never made available on the Platform
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered except in cases of duplicate payments or unauthorized transactions.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with course content after purchase
- Failure to complete a course or utilize subscription features
- Inability to access content due to user error, incompatible devices, or internet connectivity issues
- Partial completion of a subscription period
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Use
- Content that was accessible and consumed, regardless of satisfaction level
- Circumstances beyond Edvaya's control (personal emergencies, schedule changes, etc.)
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved at Edvaya's discretion:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Bank Processing: Additional time (5-10 business days) may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Access Revocation: Upon refund approval, your access to the refunded content or subscription will be immediately revoked
Subscription Terms and Restrictions
Personal Use Only
Non-Transferable Subscriptions
All subscriptions are of a personal nature and are solely for the benefit of the person subscribing. Subscriptions are NOT allowed to be:
- Resold to any other person
- Transferred to another user
- Shared with other individuals, whether for consideration or otherwise
Important: In the event Edvaya discovers that any user has resold, transferred, or shared their subscription with another person, Edvaya retains the right to cancel or terminate the subscription immediately without any refund.
Account Sharing Consequences
If we detect subscription sharing, account sharing, or unauthorized access:
- Your subscription will be terminated immediately
- Your account may be permanently suspended
- No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period
- You may be prohibited from creating future accounts or making future purchases
- Legal action may be taken for commercial resale or distribution of content
Automatic Renewal and Billing
Auto-Renewal Terms
Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period:
- Automatic Charging: Your payment method will be automatically charged on the renewal date
- Price Changes: Renewal prices may differ from your original subscription price. You will be notified of any price changes in advance

Account Termination by Edvaya
Termination Without Refund
Edvaya reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and subscription without refund if:
- You violate the Terms of Use or any policies
- You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- You share, resell, or transfer your subscription
- You abuse the Platform or engage in harmful behavior toward other users
- You misuse course content or violate intellectual property rights
- We reasonably believe your account poses a security risk
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
Modifications to Subscriptions
Plan Changes
Upgrades: You may upgrade your subscription at any time. The price difference will be prorated, and you will be charged immediately for the upgrade.
Downgrades: If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Force Majeure
Edvaya shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulations
- Internet service provider failures or network outages
- Third-party service provider failures
No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
Changes to This Policy
Edvaya reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on the Platform
- Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy
Your continued use of the Platform or renewal of your subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Changes do not apply retroactively to subscriptions purchased before the effective date of the changes.

- Your account and subscription will be immediately suspended
- Access to all content and features will be revoked
- You may be prohibited from creating new accounts or making future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any legitimate charges
Important: Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
BY MAKING A PURCHASE ON THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
- You have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in its entirety
- You understand that all payments are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined above
- You understand that canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

Service Discontinuation

- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
Student and Educational Discounts

Data and Content After Cancellation
Access to Your Data
After your subscription is canceled or expires:
- Immediate Loss of Access: You will lose access to premium content and features immediately after your subscription period ends
- Grace Period: Some account data may be retained for a grace period (typically 30 days) in case you wish to reactivate
- Data Export: You should export any important data before canceling. Edvaya is not responsible for data that becomes inaccessible after cancellation
- Certificates: Course completion certificates issued during your active subscription will remain valid and accessible
- Progress Loss: Course progress and bookmarks may be lost after an extended period of cancellation
Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate a canceled subscription:
- You may resubscribe at any time at current pricing
- Previous promotional pricing may not be available upon reactivation
- Your previous progress may be restored if reactivated within the grace period
- No refunds will be issued for the period when your subscription was inactive
