Negative results from subtraction cause this error. *How to correct:* 1. Make sure the formula subtracting dates/times is built correctly (larger date minus smaller date). 2. If the formula is mathematically correct but intentionally negative, you can display the value by formatting the cell with a standard number format instead of a date/time format.
